AV Group, based in South Wales, has over 40 years’ engineering experience. Our extensive engineering background enables us to provide expert tailoring of our polyurea and polyurethane coatings to our customers’ needs.

Pioneering polyurea and polyurethane coating in the UK, we are helping to change the face of commercial, industrial and domestic coating application with our revolutionary product.

At AV Coatings we are committed to delivering a first-class service for all of our clients. This means applying our specialist engineering knowledge and understanding to every project we undertake and ensuring that all of our work is produced to the highest quality, on budget and on time.

We offer an entirely bespoke service to each of our clients as we understand that one size does not fit all. Carrying out rigorous quality control whilst ensuring a rapid return to service of our clients’ assets is of paramount importance.

Additionally, polyurea and polyurethane are solvent-free materials, therefore reducing their impact on the environment when compared to traditional alternatives such as paint, epoxy and fibreglass.

We currently work in five main industries – Industrial, Marine, Film, Foam and Retail. However, our extensive and relentless R&D and innovation is leading us into a plethora of avenues and we have been commissioned to carry out research and testing to ascertain the applicability of our product to various uses, including use in the defence industry.
